Congress & Course Registration

Before you begin, please have the following ready:

• Your full name (as it appears on your passport/ID)
• Your passport or national ID number
• A valid email address and phone number
• If you are a trainee, your trainee letter in PDF format (max 10MB)
• If registering with an accompanying person, their personal details as well

Attending without accommodation? Participants who do not book accommodation through the congress pay an entrance (access) fee of 60 USD / 50 EUR per day for the days they attend — course only: 1 day; congress only: 2 days; congress + course: 3 days. This fee is removed automatically if you select accommodation, and the exact amount for your selection is always shown in the Pricing Summary.

During the congress, different name badges will be prepared according to registration types.

You can pay via credit card or bank transfer after completing the registration form. Your registration will be confirmed once payment is received.
